I’m having a technical issue with my new Ultra. It no longer recognizes my Mac laptop when I plug it in, so I'm unable to retrieve videos from the camcorder. I have been unable to get it fixed through their technical support team. It appears that they aren’t staffed to respond to technical support issues in a timely manner.
