The startup time of the Samsung HXM-H106 is three times faster than the ones that use Hard Drives. This makes the time dealing with the files, lesser. The SSD camcorder functions normally in extreme high and low temperatures. The SSD operates without any noise and with little heat emission. All these features make the SSD a very high end and useful drive. The overall recording experience is amazing. You may also use a SD/SDHC memory card to store data.

The HMX-H106 also has an integrated HDMI output for full HD support and viewing on an HDTV.

On the whole the Samsung HXM-H106 is a sleek and stylish camcorder with a number of high end features such as an integrated 64GB internal storage drive, high quality HD image lens that supports optical image stabilization, to name a few.  It is a competitor in it’s class, and while it’s price is not a steal, it is reasonable for the features which are packed into this camcorder. This camcorder is recommended for intermediate to advanced users who were leaning towards purchasing a hard disk camcorder.
